I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. My initial room had stained sheets and even a dead bug in the bed, which was unacceptable. The staff member, Elizabeth, did her best to find me another room, but the alternatives were just as bad with unmade beds and a smoking room. The final room was okay, yet I had to deal with the police being called to the next room. The front desk manager, Liz, was not cooperative and promised to compensate me, which never happened. Definitely not worth the hassle.
